Zhongqi Shengjian (Qingdao) Logistics Co., Ltd. was founded in 2009 with a registered capital of RMB 10 million yuan, located in north to Lanzhou East Road and east to Quanzhou Road in Jiaozhou City, is a modern one-stop urban life plaza invested and built by Zhongqi Holding Group, integrating warehouse tallying, agricultural and sideline products refrigeration, sales, logistics information consulting service, wholesale and retail furniture and building materials, articles of daily use, home appliance, clothing, shoes and hats and washing supplies.
The project was invested with about RMB 200 million yuan, covering an area of 24,822.3 square meters, with a total construction area of 51,720 square meters, of which, the ground surface is 41,509 square meters and the underground covers 10,211 square meters, which started to be built in August 2012, completed and started business in July 2014.
With the capital and brand advantages of Zhongqi Group, a large number of well-known brands of building materials manufacturers are introduced into the plaza, and the high-end building materials exhibition center is completed with various of building materials, high quality and reasonable price to meet different customers’ requirements.
